Everyone says that they “only use the finest ingredients” – but for us at the Palermo Cupcakery, we really take this seriously. It’s pretty obvious that not skimping on ingredients really makes a difference in the flavor.
The fruits and nuts that are used are always fresh and available in season only. It would be ridiculous to even consider using artificial flavors for us. And when we use cream cheese, it’s only Philadelphia Cream Cheese.
We don’t make exceptions, nor do we make substitutions. We make sweets from scratch, by hand, with love, just like grandma used to bake.
